corset boning

I just finished doing up a corset pattern on the Steel-reinforced corsets generator. I have heavy material, it makes me think of a light canvas, sort of.

I plan to wear this red corset over a chemise I made earlier this year.

This is my first time, and I'm not sure what to get for boning. This is mostly just for looks, not necessarily support, or as a "real" corset.

I have heard of using paint sticks as the busk, and that is what I plan to do.

I have no idea what to buy for boning, and I need something cheap. Like, very cheap. And easily available.
