5 .30 am 4oo ml milk ( with 1 .5 scoops whey , 1.5 oat mass )
2 hard boiled egss
1 piece toast wonder white peanut butter


9 .30 am chicken or beef 175g stir frie ( white rice , assorted veg )


12.30 pm same as smoko

3.00 pm bannana , or any kind fruit

7. oopm pre workot 400ml milk ( 1.5 whey , 1.5 oat mass )
8. 15 pm post workout ( same as above )
8.30 pm 200 gram meat with ( brocilli , carrot , calliflawer )

will o mix up my smoko and lunch now and then to get a bit of variety spag bol, chicken wraps , also love mash and veg

questions : is full cream milk the go ?
love mash potatoe but heard starchy carbs no good
any thoughts


im 6 foot 25 years old 80 kg goals is to bulk all year and get strong as hell doin a full body workout 3 times aweek ,

Just eat more mate, and keep upping the intake untill you start to see a steady gain.
