Chocolate Milk

Does anyone actually know what the ingredients are for this? I mean the chocolate milk that the russians use. Surely it's not the same as a chocolate breaka which is insanely high in sugar.

Looking for a serious answer because i'd like to try something slightly different to normal full cream milk, i've been averaging 2-2.5L/day for a couple of months now and it's starting to become a pretty big chore.

Please don't be a dick and post chocolate + milk as an answer.

Apologies if this has been covered before.

Uhhh, some kind of high quality cocoa and sugar combined 2 parts cocoa to 1 part sugar, blended into milk?

I think I have read an article about chocolate milk gomad and the gains vs gomad is that what your talking about? It was really interesting something about insulin and protein leading to better gains on a choc gomad. I will try and dig it out and post got it in my email somewhere.

Milk was popular just after ww2 it was cheap, a good source of protien and unprocessed.

A lot of young people where dealing with malnutrition then, not like now, we are basically living like lab rats.

Kids need tons of food, more food if you lift.

thanks for the response but i haven't really come across any certainty..

if its basically just cocoa or milo mixed into normal full cream milk then i'll be damned but i gave myself the impression that there was a little more to it :S
