Can someone tell me why this happened

Spot on nOObs ,i dont get the whole milk while your training thing?????
maybe be after ?? few hours before??
But theres no substitute for correct diet leading upto working out and then after.
If not kyle can someone explain if it is benifical to drink milk while working out??

It's more what you eat throughout the week that is important.
If you run out of gas in the middle of a workout I'd reckon you'd need to re-asses your weekly eating habits.

I've never really understood the pre/post concept either.

Eating is the last thing on my mind during a workout.

Maunded, how where you feeling that day and just before the leg-presses?
How do you breath under stress?

Hi Silverback,

I was feeling pretty good, even after the heavy bench set I did.
My breathing isnt great, I tend to hold my breath when I should be exhaling, but since Ive noticed it, I make a conscious effort to breathe properly.
