Can someone post a link to a GOOD FORM SLDL please

Holy crap.......

nice.

On another note... im no where near that flexible. With straight legs I can barely get past my knees when trying to touch my toes.

Yes, nice rack.

Legs should be slightly bent, there's a difference between overly flexible and joint strength.

Please explain ?

The legs should be slightly bent when doing stiffies I feel, takes the strain off the back.

People go all crazy about flexibility and set about doing all kinds of stretching programs to try and increase their rom not understanding that it's the negative portion of a weighted exercise that provides the requirement for proper stretching of the muscle being targeted.

Stretching is for relaxation, not stretching the length of a muscle, it will only lead to a weak muscle and unstable joints.
