BS analysis on protein?

couldn't really be assed reading pass number 5, I have been doing casein & whey shake for ages.

do I think is makes a difference? no idea maybe 1% at most.

I think a blended source protein will be beneficial for sure.
Milk protein isolate (essentially whey + casein) is ideal. If you're getting in 1.5g/lb of body weight from animal proteins, you're going to be fine. Eggs and red meat have the best amino acid profiles but if you consume a huge amount it's not going to matter
