Bodybuilding Doco's

Just watched the first episode of branch vids and the movie music plating was awesome.

I would love to see him train at a normal gym with metro dudes in the way curling in the rack.

An excerpt from one of Frank Zane's training videos in 2002 discussing some of his bodybuilding philosophy, here he was 60 years of age........

Yep, things were a lot simpler back in the day when they relied more on training than chemicals and they still looked like human beings

that's awesome.

The poses are strong! He was like a greek god....but man that final pose he is SO damn lean!!! faaaaarkkk
lol

Fantastic!

SO lean!! omg!!

Agree, they still looked like human beings back then, peak physicality, posed like greek gods and that vacuume pose thingy....omg....

If I was his wife I would have had a huge meal waiting for him when he got home...'eat honey! eat!'
lol

Such a tiny waist. Always interesting listeining to the BB'ers of old. They all have their niche "theory" about bodybuilding. All differing roads leading to the same result. LIFT!

Although I agree with his comments regarding the negative. I see a lot of people rushing the weight to their chest and bouncing it back up.

Fuck I love watching Flex Wheelers Mass Construction..

I would have watched it 5 times now, never gets old.

Probably top 3 bb doco's for me.

When I trained at my local gym there was a couple of guys that use to do that allot, although they were pretty big they still did it, one time they had about 120kg on the bar and were bouncing the fuck out of it LOL, looked horrific. I was thinking WTF, they must get massive bruising on the pecs lol, new meaning to doms pffft lol.
