From personal experience, boxing/mma will definitely eat into strength gains. Wasn't until I got injured and couldn't do mma that I have been able to get through some strength plateaus.

Ive only gotten into the weights to aid in fat loss really, Lower BF% and get down to around 70kg.

Main reason for lurking the body build sites is for nutritional info and diet ect, Im big enough as it is haha.

Weights and joggin have been main exersise in the last month, 100 burpee days aswell.

could i go back to this -

squat - 150-160 estimated 1rm
bench - 95-100 estimated 1rm
mp - 65 estimated 1rm
deadlift (don't do much anymore ) but estimated 185kg

Is it possible? What if i made a few swaps (say swap bench for dips one workout, back squats to front squats once a week, deadlifts to rack deadlifts one workout a week, military to dumbell shoulder press once a week)?

e.g. - Front Squat 3 x 6
Dips - 3 x 10
Bent row - 3 x 8
Dumbell press - 3 x 10
Rack deadlift - 3 x 6

Or would it be too much?

You could easily do this. Full body stuff can be great for people well past the beginner stage.
