Barbell Row

Seriously doesn't matter which one you do.
Close grip, wide grip, underhand, overhand, in a hat, on a mat.
Heavy, full ROM, bend over, go hard - be big and strong.
 
Video 4 is quite distracting.

But other than that, I can clearly see 4 different exercises, they all have their place, I suppose it depends on your goals.
 
I tend to use a wider grip than what they're demonstrating but as others have said - as long as it's a row and you're working hard it's all good.
 
JDizzle- I have the same issue. I have found stretching my hams and glutes seems to help. You should be able to stick your arse right out. To see if you have the same, grab a broomstick, put it over your shoulders like in a squat position, feet shoulder width apart. Bend forwards at the hips, not the waist and poke your arse out with your head up, and your lower back taught. See how low you can get before you start to round your back. Flexible people can get to 90 degress without rounding.
