Happy with mid section. Haven't done a sit-up or plank in ages, just kept the diet clean and the training hard.

Under the harbour bridge for the 4km blackmores run. Yoga pants EVVYWHERE!! Some on the girls too lol
 
Nice little workout last night.

My daughter found a youtube video 'monkey bar workout' & asked if I could do them all, so I did them all for the warm up, except the one where you tuck your feet into the bars and do upside down situps. For two reasons, 1-I might fall and break my head 2-I dont want to encourage my kids to try that one! hahaha
