Did youa PR? Did you complete a week of running a new program? Did you follow your dietary macro and calorie targets? Did you squat/deadlift your body weight for the first time? ? We want to hear your gym victories!

- Diet went perfectly last week (1 cheat meal saturday night)
- Did all my planned cardio sessions
- Strength was also up on alot of lifts

Finally got back into training on the weekend after 5 days off with a cold / flu.

finally got the plaster off my foot , can get back into legs again , and out on the bike woot woot

but the best thing is being able to wear a pair of shoes again instead of a sock

I got to use my home gym after it being in pieces for the past six weeks or so due to renovations.

Now everything hurts (good hurt though).
