AusBB Odd Lift Leaderboard

Felt inspired...so just finished my arvo session with a 1rm single arm push press.
Got 30kg for 1(strict press), then 32.5 push pressed, then mcfailed on 35kg :(
Was confident leading in...the 2 attempts prior just shot up...
So that'll be a measily 32.5kg for me :p
 
Yeah mate pretty much, easier to get the press started that way I find.

Tried your form tonight. Couldn't get it to work. Dumbbell just wanted to keep slipping off my shoulder. Went back to my old way and managed a double and 2 singles at 62kg.

how do you have dumbbells this heavy

Adjustable. 60kg is all I can fit on it + dumbbell handle weighed 2kg from memory.

Have a home made dumbbell handle that i made for kroc rows that i might get out next week for another crack at some more weight.
