15 narrow, 20 standard then 15 wide (20kg weighted), all with a fie second pause and the bottom of #9.

Done after big volume overhead press so kept my elbows in tight and focussed on chest. Superset with db rows and farmers walk so quite a challenge on the old cardio

Also want to point out that ive not missed a day this far...deapite what the OP says. :p so if that can be rectified... :)

Done without handles.
10,10,20,10 - Struggled a bit with my triceps today for some reason

Edit : Another 10+10 done with my feet elevated on the couch. (total 70 for total)
