Building muscle takes so long! I train a lot and hard but it takes forever, it seems I just can’t do it. Please tell me, are there any proven ways to build muscles? Please reply I am waiting for your replies.

Many first posters asking very general questions, always in same writing style font.

I often wonder aswell where all the newbies are coming from. No other Aussie forum gets this many, although many dissapear after 1 or 2 posts. ???????????????????:confused::confused:

yes i should re-phrase. stop going out clubbing, drinking etc, once you have a routine put together then its fine, wats the point if you go hard all week n waste it away on big nite outs.

My first post here too. But I'll take a stab.

Your question is very general without anyone here knowing what you are doing with your training. If you post what you're doing, how long etc maybe some advice can be offered. And see where you are at with your knowledge.

But I would say first thing you must do is to realise that building a body takes time. It isn't some 6 week project you do over summer.

Are there any proven ways to build muscle? I think the connection between exercise/muscle movement and muscle gain is pretty conclusive. That's why they have physios and occ health specialists in hospitals.
