Appreciate the informative pm, I did workout around 4 hours after breakfast and I was pretty hungry at the time now that i think about it. I'll definitely have some carnitine and vit c next time, cheers mate!
@Rambo: you smash carbs during workout bro? its a must! I think all forum dudes would agree here! lower cortisol increase pumps may raise slin etc etc. im making a crazy intra carb... will release next 3-4months its epic (my favourite supplement so far)
