Alright i want some opinions plz.

When i lift i put 50kg on the the bar right......
Now out of curiosity i weighed the bar it self and it weighed 15Kg....

So my question is when someone asks me how much i can lift or my stats do i say 50Kg or 65Kg????

as an aside.
Squatting with chains, the higher you get the more weight is added to the bar which maintains constant resistance, in theory the higher you are the stronger your leverage so the chain increases the bar weight.

I'd like to know if anyone has tried this.
I'd say the chain would need to be a very heavy guage to see a difference.

Well, what if you were using 50kg on a 10kg barbell, or on a 20kg barbell?

This should answer your question I hope.

Cheers for the input everyone my question is answered. I will always include the bar.
