Id love to lift infront of a crowd like that, i reckon that would add another 10%!!

What I like is that the focus was on ten rep's, not 1.

His form looked good from what I could see.
I really liked the last rep.
What was pretty amazing was that his speed remained the same.
That could mean he didn't push as hard to start with, but as he fatigued he started to push faster, which in my mind is the way to do a set.
