So it seems it is now my turn to get a bloody cold in the middle of this transition. Started feeling shite on Tuesday so decided not to do any conditioning, then yesterday was by boys 4th birthday so had a few friends and kids round for a birthday tea last night so missed out on any training again. We had Thai take out last night so I had a Tom yum soup to try and blast the cold out with some chili. Still feel like cack today but appetite is still good and cold mostly in my head so I will still deadlift and OH press tonight. Hopefully it starts to clear tomorrow and then I can get some more work in over the weekend.
How is everyone else doing, no progress shots ?
