    right hand wrist a tad tender

    gday guys im only 2 sessions into the beginner program and im finding that my right hand wrist is a tad tender to bend. it doesnt hurt just feels a bit tender. is this normal?? also my ankles are a bit tender too... mabeys its just this new program. ill admit i havent ever worked my legs. so...
