hay all i desided to go tablets this time over powder for my preworkout drink so i got nitrix, brought it from a1supplements but it didnt list the directions on there site anywayz got it today and on the front it says its a am to pm vaso-muscular volumizer, and on the directions says take 3 tabs...- jasol88
