For most guys and definitely some women, the chest muscles are actually overworked which leads to some postural problems along with imbalances in the shoulder area.
Any pointers on how to correct this?

I do 50% pressing and 50% squeezing on my chest day

Hi guys just needing some help with fatigue.
My problem is on my chest tricep day I do 3 -4 sets of weighted dips but then I go to do my bench and drop 5kg odd my usual if I don't start wig the bench . Is this normal or should I rest longer between the exercises.

Lately I've been smashing the dips.
I've been doing them first up when strength levels are high.
My question is how do you warm up? I can't just use BW because it's like doing a working set straight up.
I put my feet on floor and and take some weight off but it sux?:mad:
