    just had a baby , wanting to lose some inches

    I'm looking for a little advice, I had a baby 3 weeks ago and I have about 15kilo'sto lose.while i was pregnant i didn't work out at al So i am now wanting to lose some inches and fat. I know that muscle burns fat, so some sort of weight training is or will be in order. It's impossible to burn...
