    Tanita scales - anyone used them?

    Anyone used Tanita body fat scales, and if so did you find them accurate for body fat? I realize they won't be as accurate as a dexa scan, but wondering if they are at least consistent?

    Where do I get accurate $#@$ scales?

    Every time I step on my Target ones I get a different weight. If I weigh my calibrated plates I get different readings to the marked values. Has anyone cared enough to get some good ones and can tell me where to go?

    What are some good bathroom scales? Mines inconsistent and shit lol.

    My scale is pretty shit, and varies weight by up to 1 kg when i weight myself 3-4 times in a row on it. Makes it hard to cut, because not sure if actually losing weight or not lol. Just wanted to know what scales you guys got and would reccomend?

    PA's Raw Powerlifting Grading Scales

    It's out: Powerlifting Australia - Qualifying Totals The BP only is at the bottom. E2 for IPF Raw World, A-grade for Commonwealth, B-grade for Raw National. I'm 7.5kg off B grade, and hopefully will give A-grade a close run this year. :cool:
