    Heavy squat today. Got to 170 for a double. Felt good. Benched also, still rehabbing, but 95kg moved Very well for 4 sets of 6.

    Don't they say if it hasn't gone lower than the Head you can still train? Or is it, if it reaches your Throat or lower don't train?

    Once I feel an issue coming on I don't train and conserve my energy for healing.
    Fuck, when young you'd train even if you had Aids lol

    All i do is cardio now, completely stopped weights early last week. Jogging and walking, everyday and thats it.
