Just wondering if anyone has used this method for a decent amount of time (say minimum 3 months)?
It seems very simple in theory but obviously it is the effort that you put into a program that will determine the results.
Some links to what it is if you don't know. (although they tend to differ a little)
Basically adding volume each session while maintaining the same intensity until the upper volume limit is reached. Then adding more intensity.
