F*** you and your elbow.

The more I back off my old routine which seemed excessive, with 30 sets for bench/shoullders/triceps, the more I lose strength. Had to cause of real life stuff....

Cant get anywhere in training by going easy. I am fighting stillnox right now i hope this makes sense.

30 sets? Mirin volume. I cap out at around 20 sets. Maybe I should try and increase it

I was doing 4 sets of bench, 4 sets of incline bench, 5 sets of dips, 5 sets of military press, 4 sets of side laterals, 4 sets of tricep extensions.

26 sets I guess, sometimes only 23-24. Used to take me a good couple of hours when I added warmup (ofc I did always). It was necessary I guess as I'm losing strength or not progressing without as much time now.... I did 5 sets of chins and 5 sets of curls the following day.

I posted this here cause it just seems going harder is almost 'always the answer'. Seems sacrifices are what's needed to progress, which means long ass workouts.

You need supplementary carryover that heavy squats and dead will give you. Build back and shoulders without working them.
