Did an amazing race challenge on the weekend. Lots of sprinting involved at events. Ankles, knees and calves are so sore. Fuck running!
I'll stick to KB's for my conditioning needs!
(yes, I used to be a long distance runner before I started lifting etc. don't know how or why now)

Fucken love Running. Used to do a lot Hill sprints, not anymore though. Been tacking it onto the end of my workouts. It's what we were born to do.
Lower body then a very deliberate 5k. Every step mind muscle connection. Was having Leg trouble everywhere doing Sprints, now being careful. Pushing around 113-115kg bw.

Running is my passion since my childhood. There is always a pleasure in testing the limits of my body and it always give a huge return than the effort you invest into it.

I just normally rack up some yeyo to make the world more beautiful.
