how much direct biceps work do you do

I do between 3-5 sets of curls 1-2 times per week. Usually Monday and Friday but sometimes i cant be bothered.

i dont get why people dont train their biceps.. they are a muscle..

just 6-7 sets on monday of barbell curls

none now (stupid bicep tendinitis).

I don't see the point of doing a workout purely devoted to biceps and triceps. People to need to be more efficient in the gym. Add 3 sets in of biceps after back and they are done IMO :)

I never isolate biceps, chins ups are good enough for me - 3 x 8 with 20 - 30kg 3 x a week.

I do 3 sets of dumbell curls a week, usually on Wednesdays, but after heavy deadlifts I always have a mighty pump in the biceps

Hardly any - and it shows. Don't really have the time when I'm training full body 3x a week
Also a lot of people are afraid to do curls because of retards on the internet that propagate curlbro shit
