Ok all you Einsteins, tell me your thoughts on bacon.
Most guys here go for protein, protein and then more protein....for obvious reasons. What about bacon though....it ain't too lean, is it a good part of the weight trainers diet?
I rarely have it at home, however I make frequent work trips and go ballistic with the bacon at the hotel brekky buffet. I load almost embarrassing amounts on to the plate. Sometimes I feel guilty, sometimes I feel like who gives a fuck? However, more and more I'm thinking I should cut back on that shit. I think particularly when you're in your 40s and beyond you need to start thinking about saturated fat, clogged arteries etc. I wanna be healthy, should I ditch bacon?
