well the test series kicks off today.Gabba record is 7-1-1 in Aussies favour,and i think the 1 draw was the result of a declaration by Waugh so its not looking good for the Black Caps historically.
However apparently this is a Aussie team in transition,i think having two seriously quick left armers means its still a good Aussie side imo.The Caps have a good recent test record and a couple of good bowlers as well,to me i think its whoever can score under pressure that will decide the fate of this game.both teams have proven wicket taking ability.i dont think this will be a 3 day innings win,but i would install the Aussies as favourites as they are hard to beat at home.

however the last time the Caps played here they won,so id say 75-25.
