    Just wondering what everyones training split is? 5 days/4 days etc? Currently do 5 day split mon-fri weekend off. Mon - Quads Tue - Hammies/calfs Wed- Chest Thu - Back/Delts Fri - Biceps/Triceps Think I will go to a 4 day split, 2 on 1 off, 2 on, weekend off.

    With 8 weeks of Tren A, wont you get sick of EOD/or ED jabs? Fair play if you can tolerate that many pokes for 8 weeks. Will be a monster cycle and will give plenty of growth if all else is nailed.

    Re the rowers mate, go to any decent gym it crossfit box and you will generally only see concept2s. The reason for this is that they are the best and hold their value because of it.
