    dude is only 23 tho. When i was 23 i weighed 70kegs. Now im 42 and weigh 85 kego's and im taller than him. So the dude is on his way to fatdom.

    Bout 1 hour. I'm doing the beginner program, minus the calf and bicep stuff and it still takes an hour.

    I weigh 80kgs and am eating 3200-3300 cals per and am slowly putting the weight on. If i ate 2000 per i would waste away to nuthin.

    Low Carb Pasta - Thoughts?

    That stuff is gluten free.Gluten free pasta is gross,doesn't hold together when cooked for too long. Don't mind wholegrain pasta if it has a great sauce to go with it.

    I think instances like this Google can be your worst enemy. Went to the docs and ended up with a prescription for cialis....girlfriend loves it. ;) Will defo be buying generic stuff online at some stage tho.

    Hi [you] and welcome to ausbb

    Hi name is Joe. 41 NSW I have been lifting for around one year and have just recently seen the light and have started squatting, dead lifting etc . Spent 7 or 8 months doing iso stuff for no results. Impressed by the amount of info for beginners around here too, clear and positive.
