    I want some answers

    While doing the begginners program and seeing the benefits, my coach then wants me to cut weight everytime i fight at around 8kg-10kgs, how will this affect me in the ring when im 10kgs lighter? will i be weaker aswell since my reduction in BW?

    clean and press. What are your thoughts?

    In my own opinion i believe c&P to be on par with the likes of the squat and deadlift, and would use it before benching if i had to choose. Simply for the majority of muscles it requires. But anyone else have any thoughts on it?

    Cardio.

    What does everybody here do to improve cardio? THE 100 burpees thread seems to be the best way. But does anyone do anything else on the side? I need like constant explosive cardio. any ideas would be great.
