    Pro-Power equipment.

Looks impressive, Sticky. Well done, competition within the Australian equipment companies is a great thing. What's the background on sportskraft? I'm not familiar with them myself but note that they're a Swedish company. Have they been exclusive to Europe prior to now or are they common in US...

    Personal experiences with muscle memory

My experience agree with these statements. I trained reasonably consistently for 12 years, had 4 months off from Aug-Dec last year and have picked up 90%+ of my lifts since getting back into it around 5 weeks ago. Doms hurts like a bitch for the first few weeks though!

    Basic Home Gym

Also, I believe you have to bolt the r3 to the ground (unless you want to build and install your own cross beams or a platform to bolt it to). Plenty around about that on the bodybuilding.com forums

    Basic Home Gym

Nev, the consensus on here appears to be that a very good, value for money rack is the Muscle Motion MMPR commercial rack which has weight storage, good chin up options and is very sturdy. It should certainly be in your considerations unless, as with me, the height or some other issue prevents...

Buying the best belt you can in Australia

Fair enough, if the CS has gone downhill I'll look at others too. The $100 shipping fee from inzer direct isn't too appealing though. I don't have a side in the HOP situation either, I just don't understand people who knowingly expose themselves to risk and then complain when the risk...

Powertec Power Rack, Ironmaster Super Bench & Cable Tower attachment review

Nice review, Peter. I got a IM super bench, IM db's, cheap only bar and some plates from Sam's Fitness and couldn't be more impressed with the customer service from Sam (the shipping company didn't deliver them on the day they said they would so he refunded the $90 shipping) or the quality of...

Buying the best belt you can in Australia

Why would the breakdown of a legal partnership affect you purchasing from there unless they have changed stock, increased price or decreased CS? Reading the emotive email from the previous owner, it appears he sought capital from partners in return for shares of the company to new partners...

SWH, where did you get your forever belt? House of pain?

    Ironmaster quick lock dumbbells

I've got a set and enjoy them. As nightfalltech said, they're not super quick to change but are super stable and don't dig into your thighs when resting them. I'd like to have the 120lb upgrade but don't use dumbbells enough to warrant the expenditure at this stage.
