To be honest I've never understood the need to be remembered. When you're dead and gone you're oblivious to time or your previous existence (at least as I see the afterlife, or lack of in this case) and in a hundred billion years no one will remember anything about anyone anyway.
Sounds very...
Just thought I'd chime in. A while back I was chronically tired and slept easily 10+ hours a day. I'd nap throughout it too. Went to the doctors and ran some tests for allergies, etc. Came up with nothing.
Then the next year of Uni I had a class in a really, really large lecture theatre and I...
Cheers guys. Shame is a good motivator, even though it is a negative one. Results are great too.
Lately I've been writing down every lift I do in the gym, down to the final rep and whether or not I cheated. Its good to see that my strength is increasing even if it is only an extra rep or two...
Hey guys,
My whole live I've had a problem with self discipline, whether in the gym, at studying at school/uni, spending etc. Thankfully I'm naturally extremely skinny otherwise I'd probably struggle with dieting too.
I'm just wondering if any of you had a similar problem and how you overcame...
Just a quick question on wraps. What do they actually do? Are they there to simply support the knees, do they assist in lifting, are there any cons to wearing them?
My knees are still sore despite skipping squats my last two sessions and its really bothering me.
What? I don't want to get into an internet war on nutrition or anything but I'm 90% sure that fats are the most easily stored energy source, and that carbs require a bit of work on the body's part to convert them to fat for storage.
Hey guys,
Dunno if its related or not, but lately I've been getting sore knees when at work. Its only happened since I've started the PTC routine and squatting 3x per week. They don't hurt during or after my lifts, only when I'm at work and forced to be on my feet for hours on end.
Could there...
Hey guys,
Little disheartened here. After a great session on Wednesday with increases on almost all my lifts, I went in today to find the extreme opposite. I'd eaten well, had a great sleep, I felt good, I mentally pumped after my last session was look forward to see what I could lift this...
I was hoping around the $200 mark. I've done a bit of research and Blendtec are up there with Vitamix, but only half the price. Could be worth saving for.
My blender just died, again, and I'm looking for a decent replacement. I can't afford anything amazing like a vitamix, but I'd like the best bang for your buck blender I can find.
Any recommendations?
Just wanted to say I love this program!
I'm about 6 weeks into it with a week and bit off due to a nasty cold and already I'm smashing PR from months of trying other routines.
I've come from struggling to do 5 reps of 30kg squats to easily doing 3x10 of 40kg. This may not seem like much, but I...
