    thats not a good diet, ur eating the same shit everyday, try mix it up otherwise u wont be geting a good balance of vitamins ect! it is a good day of eating but i wouldnt eat like that everyday....

    yeah concentrate on ur compounds and theres no need for ****ing forearm exercises lol everytime u pick up a barball or dumbell ur working ur forearms, like traps, they get enough work from deadlifts ect.....if ur deadlifting correctly......

    no insertions....LOl......its most likely genetics, but u may have really wear lower abdominals and u need to do lower ab work like hanging leg raises ect to build them up a bit! but u need to do low reps and only need working 2 times a week, dont do what most people do wrong and overwork them...

    if ur aiming for bigger biceps then i rekon u would be overtraining them, it happens all the time! and then they stop growing from 2 much work! and if u want bigger chest then u need a bigger back to support it....at the end of the day ot comes down to genetics...im sure u can put another inch...
