    I'd like some feedback too - I was there (I'm the GPC Tech Officer), a lot of the feedback I got was that it was a big step up from WA comps of the past. I agree about the warmup area, and I'll be modifying the rule book to help fix this.

    I compete in wraps so I train in them too. Not all of my warm up sets are wrapped though. My knees feel a lot better using wraps as well.

    Back on track... Total 635kg, time spent depends on the session... Bench sessions I can get done in < 2 hours, but last night I added in a heap of assistance work that I normally do on other days. Squats normally 2-3 hours, and on Saturday 3+ hours since I combine bench and deadlift sessions...

    How do your thumbs drag over your knee cap?? I end up with bald patches on my quads (I have hairy legs) unless I use talc. But that's the only time the bar really touches my legs. Also, this thread was full of LOLs, glad chocchillimango could straighten some people out!

    610 total, 220/115/275 most recently, at 119.3kg. PBs are 220/125/285, but not all the same day... Been training seriously for about a year. I think for the average guy training for strength, 500 is a good total to aim for - 180/100/220.
