    As Shrek said, protein will get seized straight away (dairy) and may have your supp's that exceed 3 months (a bit over should still get through) supply possibly sent back. Have never bought from the company you posted, only from bb dot com.

    Just got Animal pack.

    As its been said, you need more of a solid intake of protein (and meals) instead of the snacking you are doing on your meals and the shakes. Remember, shakes are an alternative when you cant get down a full meal, so some more food prep time will help a lot.

    Oporto Chicken Strips

    Thanks for the heads up about the strips, might come in handy if Im stranded for a meal at work. Have dabbled with that one from time to time (has to have the pineapple) on cheat days...love it!!!:cool:

    Moron stacking ridiculous amount of weight on pec dec and after having his mate's help pull either side in for him to hold, he'd move it about 3" while his buddies took photo's of him (naturally dropped the stack getting everyone's attention after each time he did it).
