    Intra workout brands + post workout carb supplement? advice

    So there isn't really any major differences between them? Ive been mixing Maltrodextrin with Dextrose 50:50 but may look at just Dextrose. What about waxy maise and Dextrose 50:50?

    Do you eat Kangaroos ?

    Ive always enjoyed the kangaroo steaks, good nutritional profile. I'd be more cautious on the sausages and mince, because they are fairly processed. But that is just a general movement away from processing in all its forms (cereals etc), and not a knock on kangaroo meat in general.

    How on earth does someone keep track of the protein quality of these various Australian bulk sellers. How would I know if a bag stamped WPI is indeed that and not WPC or something else entirely?

    I am interested in the MMPR rack the OP posted. It is "rated to 700 lbs", but how was this tested? Is that 700lbs placed upon the pins/safety bars or dropped upon the safety bars? I guess this question goes for the commercial version too.
