n00bs, re-read Shrek's intent for this thread below. I acknowledge we'll disagree on her femininity and alpha-ness, but there's another thread in this forum for who you'd have sex with; take that part of the conversation there if you feel the need.

Gladys Portugues was a little bit light in the bis/tris, but I think she captures the essence that a woman can be strong, muscular and quintessentially female. She's married to Jean Claude van Damme and is still an extremely beautiful woman.

    Easter eating!

Wow, I was thinking about 350gm, which Ben verified in his post above. Learn something new every day.

    how embaressin'.......

General comment about comparing men with women: do men have any ****ing idea how annoying and insulting this is from a woman's perspective? A woman outlifts a man and it's used as a benchmark of male weakness. Yeah, we know we don't have the same level of testosterone and kilo for kilo we...

    Easter eating!

I can't believe no one else has asked ... just what does a big poo weigh? That's obsessive but impressive all at the same time!

    Onions?!?

^ Nick, red onions are sweeter. Watch you're not carb loading at the same time :D. I love this thread.

    After some dietary information.

My pleasure, Dylan. Drop me a PM if you have any more questions about life at Cerberus. Be nice to Navy's security officer as he's one of my best friends and is only cranky on the outside :D. If I may give you some more free advice, you'll face some challenges like the survival at sea phase in...

    After some dietary information.

The services are screaming for people to the extent that whoever said that is talking rubbish (unless you're under five feet tall, I suppose). In the seven years I spent working on a Defence base I can assure you the ethos is 'get 'em in and we'll try to get them fit during initial training'...

home gym - how's this set up sound?

Nah, women aren't dudes, regardless if they're uni or bi :D. But PowerSports is allowed to call me bro. Welcome to the forum, 11th hour. Also keep an eye out on auction houses selling off equipment from closed-down gyms.

I like. And I don't like much, so it must be good.

What do you think is a begginers major error?

I don't know if some of these are mistakes or just ignorance that we all deal with when entering any new pursuit. I'm sure all of us look back with the rose-tinted glasses on: "Gee, I wish I knew then what I know now and I wouldn't have wasted so much time on the leg press machine or doing con...

Hey Guys, Really need your help and advice

Franky, I suggest you click on n00b's profile and 'view all posts'. You'll see some research he's collected and posted about caffeine, and a substantial amount of information about his personal background. Then, and only then, will you be qualified to throw around insults like in the last part...

the what u saw at the gym TODAY thread

I'm not hormonal until next week. I'm blaming the full moon for my rampaging urges :D. You should have seen his calves. His calves. Oh. My. Goodness. I have dreadful eye sight yet saw his perfect, perfect calves. Lat spreader :p.

    [Music] Favorite Training Songs?

At the moment Interloper by The Mark of Cain. I've been throwing my favourite songs into a playlist and hitting the 'shuffle' button but I'm not sure going from Metallica to Kylie Minogue to The Datsuns to Culture Club to Jimi Hendrix is a good thing for even the most wandering of minds :D.

the what u saw at the gym TODAY thread

I am going to buy a gym and ban Channel V music videos that play Michael Frigging Buble and ban people with visible butt crack walking about the place and ban talk of AFL. Bugger me dead, I go in on Tuesdays to avoid the Monday changing the world football commentary and the handful of loud...

the what u saw at the gym TODAY thread

I think I confused both of us. I was the one who queried doing curls in a cage when there are umpteen other spaces where they could be done safely, whereas traditional cage exercises can't really be done elsewhere.

    Easter eating!

Actually, I've had a think about this. I'd like to bake a schnapper with lemon slices, fennel, tomato and herbs with a salad of young greens on the side. That might bring some zing back to my taste buds.
