[Boxing] Looking for a Boxing Gym

When i think of a Boxing Gym, I think of Mickey's Gym in the Rocky movies... Does anyone know if such gyms exist in Sydney? Alternatively, can anyone recommend any good boxing Gyms, preferably in Sydney's Western Suburbs...?

    Body-Building + Boxing - Workable?

Is it possible to Box 2 nights a week, and body-build 4 nights a week and see good size gains? I'm thinking about taking up boxing at the PCYC on my "rest" nights. Is this schedule too full on? Is there enough resting time?

[Article] Building the ultimate muscle machine: move your body through space. Program #1.

This program looks like it shreds! Fadi, would you recommend this regime for bulking (in conjunction with a bulking diet)?

    How do i cut?

Fadi took me school on this subject just the other day - and so far, only 4 or 5 days in, I'm noticing a difference! Links are here: http://ausbb.com/bodybuilding-training-discussions/9622-training-smart-not-hard.html...

    Lose Fat / Maintain Muscle

Again, excuse the ignorance, does this mean you're training DAILY, with circuits done "every other day", and burpees done "every other other day"?

    Training Smart - Not Hard

PS, Fadi, you have a fantastic moustache! I'll be becoming a Mo Bro as of tomorrow for Movember. Depression is a very tough thing, so I encourage the rest of you guys to harden up, grow a tash, and support Movember!

    Training Smart - Not Hard

Fadi, can you enlighten me on what it means to train "smart", not "hard"? As of yesterday, I've started a day-on-day-off circuit which is made up of the following (all sets are 30 reps, with 1 min between sets (as per your thread on circuit training)): 1- Thrusters 2- Standing Military Presses...

A cutting diet, what do you think

I'm using the skim milk as a protein supplement. As dangerous as this sounds, I'm trying to get 2.5 - 3 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day (so, about 450g per day). 1 litre of skim milk costs me $1.08, and has almost 40g of Protein in it (skim has more protein & less cholesterol...

A cutting diet, what do you think

I'm eating "half clean" - I eat a LOT of carbs, and I'm going close to GOMAD (gallon of milk a day - I drink about 2.5 litres of skim milk). Eating plenty of protein and "good foods". I still spoil myself with junk / fast food one or two times per week. I'm going on holiday on the 19th, so I...

A cutting diet, what do you think

Apologies for the ignorance...but basically, when you're trying to lose fat, you increase your fat intake and decrease your carb intake? Sounds counter-intuitive to me... I'll be starting a cut on December 1st for 3 weeks to get a little more defined for my overseas trip. Will going on a cut...

    GH Activators

Helps a lot Shrek. My mate said he can't remember what the brand he used was, but he said that it had "GABA" written on it in big writing - so I assume (based on that website) that it is the one by "Challenge". He said that it was $100 and lasted for 1 or 2 months - but he was taking this back...

    GH Activators

Ladies and Gents, Anyone ever taken / have any experience with GH Activators? It's a touchy topic on this forum, but my mantra is, if you can buy it from a supplement shop, it isn't illegal. So, I'm most definitely not talking about "Taking GH". I was talking to a friend yesterday, and he...

    Lose Fat / Maintain Muscle

So, with a diet that directly meets your caloric requirements (90% of calories from Carbs + Proteins, and 10% from fats), and doing weighted circuit training, you will shed fat, and maintain muscle. In a nutshell, based on the above, you would expect to drop pants sizes, and gain shirt sizes...
