    How to best increase squats

    I reckon for the target of 2 x bw squats & 1.5bw x 20reps, just so 2 sets of squats 20reps, 15reps 2-3 times a week until you get there.     Powerlifting Competitions

    The reason you have to wear socks is because when you do a Deadlift properly the bar should be so close to your shins on the way up, that it actually will scrape your shins and sometimes leaves blood which is a bit messy and ugly. Having long socks avoid this bloody situation.
