    Getting older/low dose Test question.

    Sorry I should have included more information in my start post. I have always had low levels and I was under assessment for TRT when I left Sweden but time ran out. When I left my test levels were 6.2 which is low. I would like to compete later on, maybe in 5-10 years time.

    some guidance for a Noob...?

    Just had a quick read and I advice you to skip the Stanozol, it has terrible effects on you blood fat and will in most cases effect your joints negative. Skip the Tren as well, keep it simple with Test and Eq and train hard. Always keep it simple and basic with steroids if you are not a pro.

    How long do you train for in the gym?

    Gym: No more than 60 minutes. MMA: 1-2 hours, but I usually consume vitargo and BCAA during the session.

    I was also surprised by the drivers in Australia, most of them are crazy maniacs with a death wish, I have had 1 or 2 near misses in Sweden/Europe in 15 years time of driving, I had about 5 really near misses the first week driving here .:eek:

    I made money here in Sweden and I think it's much easier in Oz to make money as a personal trainer :D You have to make a name and get a good reputation amongst clients and the money will start to drop in. /Mattias
