    So many differen't Supplements ... ?

When I first started out I followed the basic programs posted up here, PTC etc etc, then I started branching out on my own and buying this and that. I have cut out alot of crap from my diet, I would have to agree with AshOz above, WPC/WPI, multi and fish oil. Creatine is you like but it didn't...

    Hack Squats

Thanks for the input guys :) I know I should join another gym, its more of a fitness studio I guess, but I'm in the middle of choosing to relocate, and I think after that I will be going the home gym way and getting my own rack. I will stick with what I have got at the moment :)

    Hack Squats

Would zercher squats on the smith be very effective? I know nothing compares to free weight, but you get my point. I'm still looking for something that won't cut out lower back completely, such as those smith squats where you stand in front of the bar and lean back into it :)

    Hack Squats

Ok guys, Going to go back on the PTC program again as ever since Xmas and my hospital visit I haven't been following a plan. Now, my gym has a smith machine no free weight barbell. Apparently it's for some legal safety thing as it's 24/7. Has dumbells that go up to 40kg, and EZ curl bars...

Soooo I must say that these superfine oats and chocolate WPC go awesome together, chocolate oats  What is a good mix ratio for oats:protein for people that have been using it a while, pre and post workout mainly?

Prowersupplements, bulknutrients or realnutritiondirect which is best!?

Would recommend Bulk Nutrients to anyone. I ordered from Power Suppliments last week and order arrived Monday, so they may have sorted their postage issues. :)

Oatmass:Do Not Leave Home Without It!

Got my 10kg bag today, woo :) I put my protein in a bucket as it is just easier to get at rather then a resealable bag all the time. I think I will buy another bucket (bigger one haha) for the oats, but you can just fold the top of the bag over a few times and peg it, always worked fine for me.

    Home Mass Gainer - Questions

Good idea, thanks, I think I'd just use plain sugar though, probably raw brown sugar. Would you suggest cutting the sugar if I was taking this between meals, and only put a teaspoon or so of sugar/dextrose post workout?? How many eggs? And plain WPC I'm assuming?

    Home Mass Gainer - Questions

Well most mass gainers are just a protein blend + maltodextrin right? Maltodextrin, powdered oats/superfine oats/oatmass, wazy maize, there all carbohydrates right?

    Home Mass Gainer - Questions

I thought about making my own mass gainer with WPC and oatmass or superfine oats, but have came across this http://www.bulkpowders.com.au/#/wom-protein-powder/4540176514 Is this basically the same thing?
