home gym users - how often do you do it?

4-5 tiems per week at 1-1.5 hours per session. I find it far better than a commercial gym, I can grunt, swear, listen to whatever music I like and go shirtless if I want.

    Jetts Gym vs Home Gym

I prefer the home gym, although to be honest, iit wasn't the lack of equipment (my Jetts had a rack and decent weights) it was the atmosphere. i couldn't stand going in and being the only one besides the cardio bunnies. It's a matter of personal preference.

Who at your gym deserves recognition?

The little old man who shuffles around the gym, using the little dumbbells. He's there for physio and he inspires me every time I see him take those tiny steps that look so damn painful.

Runners/Joggers, what is something about running regularly that no one tells you when

Stretching maybe not, I never do, but the one thing I wish someone had told me while slapping me in the back of the head is DON'T overdo it. Running every day is stupid when you first start. Shin splints. Terrible.
