I have been having this pain down the middle of my side delt going down nearly to my elbow. Mainly when heavy benching.
Physio today diagnosed it as a tight chest is pulling the shoulder forward causing a closing of space (impingement) of my upper BICEP TENDON.

Tomorrow will be the start of my 2nd week of a Power lifting programme.
Do I up my 90% by 1.25kg from last week? as I will not be testing my 1RM For a couple of months, I assume that's the whole idea and the only way to improve?

Majority of OLYMPIC lifters I know of can bench in excess of 200kg, yet none of them train chest, or have any chest/Tricep development.

Have just started a Powerlifting routine, previously I did the following.
Sunday - Deadlifts/Hamstrings
Monday - Shoulders
Tuesday - Back/ Speed chest (flat bench) 5 sets x 10 reps + plus 2 warm up sets
Wednesday - Quads
Thursday - ARMS
Friday - CHEST
Now not boasting/bragging etc...
Hi all, OK leg session today, I could lift heavy but I did not have the endurance for multiple reps like I would.
I train @ 9:00am every morning and wake up about 7:15. I have OATS and berries etc for breakfast.
Is it OK to have powdered OATS before bed in my protein shake around 11:00pm...
Hi All, I have decided that I am going to do the 3 Lifts for 3 months and see how it goes.
Hepefully test the 1 RM in 3 at the end and see where we are at, if thats how its done.

Having issues with my hamstrings (top) it is causing issues with my deadlift.
Could also be my starting position as soon as I pull I feel it pinch/tight like it will snap at the bottom of my BUM.
I can DEFECIT and trap bar the same weight as conventional with no real issues.
