And it seems like the people who get into trouble with are the ones who smash over 600mg in a dose and overheat and sadly there body cant handle im aware of the risks but...

    Cardio with bad knees

    a friend of mine had both knees replaced when he was 30. he was a copper always was fit. he bikes alot now and swims as was said in previous posts running skipping jumping all those sort of things are really bad for the knees .
