    Cheers fellas, think the big advantage of the traineeship is the on the job experience compared to just going and doing ya ticket. Should get some good experience as company has a shit load to do with the wind farms here in SA, a lot of the mines up north eg Moomba and a whole other range of stuff

    Powerlifters do the bench, squat and dead. Weightlifters do the Olympic lifts, clean and jerk, etc

    Ice for the first 48 hours. Then gentle stretching and get your hands on a TENS machine if you can. And one more thing, I've done the same injury and didn't wait long enough, so wait until it feels good, then add an extra week

    You might want to put deadlifts after the rows as when the weights start to get heavy you are still going to be pretty rooted from the squats even after the bench
