    So to increase fat what would you suggest? Avocado's in the salads? Usually follow this plan 5 days a week, weekends are more relaxed but still clean (I.e I don't go running for KFC or Maccas). It is 6 meals, 7 if you count post workout. I eat that many meals so that I can keep the calorie...

    Cardio routine?

    If & when I do cardio I alternate between either 6.5 incline on 6.5 speed for 20min or 3 min at speed 6, 7 min at speed 10, 2 min at speed 12, 2 min at speed 14, 2 min at speed 15 & then cool down at slow speed.

    What specific training are you doing? I can smash out normal two handed pull ups and chins easily but have never tried the one hand version

    I will be hitting the gym 5 mornings a week. Hopefully hitting it hard & maximizing the pump! I think I'll be more relaxed as I have two weeks off work ;)
