    so it's not just me... the natural stuff I got from them also tasted like sucralose... :( professional whey WPI is my mainstay, but I got some WPC just to see if I could go cheaparse.. they've taken out the soy lecithin,that helps it mix, and now it sorta mixes but sorta doesn't... 80% will...

    but you said they need to do bodybuilding exercises for muscle mass... now you are saying weightlifting is good for muscle mass... ahhh I get it... like the Chinese, Oni says "DO EVERYTHING".. even if it is contradictory :D

    that's what this link from 0ni says as well.. http://www.allthingsgym.com/larrys-chinese-weightlifting-experience-part-1-snatches-squats/ pick an exercise to strengthen some of the muscles used for C&J (or whatever) and do that.. then later, do different exercise... sound like weakness...

    this is what the same guy (from Lifthard) had to say about Coach Wu and chinese training methods maybe you read it wrong? http://firstpull.net/2013/09/15/interview-with-the-man-behind-lifthard/ so while they may be "known" for "bodybuilding" accessory work.. maybe that's the decoy :p
